Tickets
Q. Can I buy a weekend Ticket?
A. Yes you can, you can purchase this from the official Fahrenheit website. You can either purchase a £55 ticket (Camping. Friday, Saturday & Sunday) or the £25 ticket (No Camping. Friday, Saturday & Sunday). There are a limited number of £55 tickets available you can purchase the tickets from www.fahrenheitfestival.com/tickets
Q. Can I come to the event for just one day?
A. Yes you can, our daily ticket prices are £10 a day, you can get these from the website or you can purchase them on the gate. There are a limited number of these available on the gate.
Q. I am disabled, do I get a cheaper ticket?
A. Yes you get 10% off of any ticket purchased, daily ticket, through to the weekend tickets. You will need to have your disabled badges/ identification with you when you enter through the main gate if not you may be refused entry.
Q. What are the concessions for tickets?
A. 10% off for disabled badge holders off all tickets. Camping tickets for the unemployed are £49.50 instead of the £55. Children under 5 – 12 their tickets for camping are £25 tickets instead of the £55 (Must be accompanied by an adult).
All identification/ badges/ job seeker forms (For the unemployed), must be shown on the gate when entering the festival and showing your ticket. If you fail to show one of these with your concession ticket you may be refused entry!
Q. When I have purchased my tickets what do I do next?
A. When you have purchased them arrive on the day(s) they are issued for and on the gate you will be given a wristband, this must be worn at all times.
Q. I think I may have bought tickets from a scam website can Fahrenheit help?
A. We can only advise you to contact your credit card company & try & ask their help in getting your money back. We advise you to only buy from the official outlets detailed on www.fahrenheitfestival.com tickets section.
Q. I have lost my wristband/ tickets, what can I do about this?
A. Unfortunately no wristbands or tickets can be replaced under any circumstances.
Volunteering
Q. How do I volunteer as a Marshal at The Fahrenheit Festival?

Q. How old must I be to become a volunteer or a steward?

Getting to the site, Getting in and leaving
Q. How do I get to the site?
A. Full details of how to get to the site are on www.fahrenheitfestival.com/travel-info/ .
Q. Can I camp on the site in advance?
A. No, the earliest you can camp on the site with your tent, caravan, campervan etc. is on the Friday at Noon.
Q. When do the gates open and close for the event?
A. Gates open at noon on the Friday 7th August please don’t arrive before then. Saturday & Sunday the gates will be open at 9.30am till late. Members of the public must leave site by Midday on Monday 10th August.
Q. When do I have to leave site?
A. Our license requires that all members of the public have left site by Midday on Monday 10th of August, please make sure you comply with this or you will jeopardize future events.
Weather
Q. What is the weather usually like around the beginning of August?
A. Even though it is the UK, so we usually expect rain for a few days and then horrible weather for the next few, because it is August there is more chance of better weather and lots of sunshine.
Camping
Q. Can I put tents next to my camper van?
A. No, you will be in the campervan/ caravan area with your vehicle, so for safety reasons, incase of any of the vehicles leaving/ moving we do not want tents in this “moving” vehicle area.
Q. I have a caravan, what are the rules with this?
A. The caravan must be parked in the caravan/ campervan area. The car that is towing the caravan however will have to drop off the caravan and will have to be parked in the car-parking field. The car must be dropping off the caravan in the caravan/ campervan area on the Friday between 12am – 6pm because after this the site will be to busy, it can leave the site on the Sunday between 10pm till late when the site will be considerably more quieter.
Q. Can I drop off my stuff in the camping area with my car?
A. No. We want to minimize vehicle movement on site; you can’t bring your vehicle into the camping area.
Q. Can I park next to my tent?
A. No, and you can’t camp next to your car either!
Q. What size tent can I bring?
A. Any size tents are fine, but if you are bringing a very large tent please ensure there are a good number of people staying in it to allow enough room for all of the tents.
Q. What size campervans are allowed?
A. If you have got a very large campervan, bigger than usual sized ones & you see that we might have a problem with this you will need to contact info@fahrenheitfestival.com or 07748 636 946 / 07818 697 906.
Q. What facilities do you have for disabled festival goers?
A. There is not camping areas for the disabled, the camping area will be right next to the arena so there will not be a massive distance to walk for most campers.
Q. How close are the Camping Fields to the Arena?
A. Very close.
General
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. No, Dogs are permitted on site at all. DON’T BRING YOUR DOG! If you need a kennel for your dog near the event site we suggest you go to www.multimap.com and do a search for ‘kennels’ in Cambridgeshire.
Q. Can I smoke on site?
A. Yes, you can however you will not be allowed to smoke in any indoor or under cover places, the same rules apply at Fahrenheit as to the rest of the country, look out for “no smoking” signs. You will be allowed to smoke in any out door places. Don’t light up in non-smoking areas or you may be liable to pay a fine.
Q. Can I buy Tobacco on-site?
A. We are not licensed to sell tobacco on site, please make sure you bring what you need on site.
Q. Can I bring my own drink & food to the festival?
A. No, we have a great selection of caterers on site however. We need to have the bar staff in control of the drink intake for your safety and well being
Q. Can I bring my own camping/ cooking stove?
A. No, due to fire hazards & to the food policy we are not allowed to let you to bring your own cooking stove.
Q. Can I bring my own campfire/ have a campfire?
A. No, due to fire hazards.
Q. Are the bars open 24 hr?
A. No, but you should be able to get a drink somewhere anytime between 10.30 am – 2am (The next day).
Q. Will there be entertainment on the Friday?
A. Yes, it’ll start around 7pm
Q. What’s the capacity of the site?
A. 1,500 tents, daily public through the gate can be up to 14,000 people, for this year!
