The Momeraths
“Bring back true pop. Bring on The Momeraths!”
Rockfeedback (Feb 2009)
The Momeraths have been spending their days cooking up exciting new rhythms and rhymes to rattle your milk bottles to. Their music indulges in colourful pop hooks, percussive dancing beats and catchy vocal stabs!
This July 13th sees the release of The Momeraths’ second EP Dolly Mixtures along with the single Millipede Stomps on New Slang Records. This 3-Song jolly will be online and in many record shops up and down the country.
The Momeraths have spent many hours in London performing at their own shows and sharing the bill with the marvellous Zutons, VV Brown, Slow Club and Mumford & Sons. They have also played at ‘In The City’ Manchester 2008 and toured up and down the country promoting their first EP ‘Crayon Colours’ in February 2009.
In celebration of the release of Dolly Mixtures, The Momeraths put on their clogs and travel to Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Cambridge, Bradford, Canterbury and Glastonbury. On their returns to London The Momeraths will be hosting two parties at a favourite monthly residency; The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party on Tottenham Court Road
